1. HI TUMBLR

    Gahhhhhhh. Finally I have a second to relax and reconnect with my tumblr! This whole 40 hour work week is killing me!

    But my bf and I made it to the gym last night. I designed a one hour weight room workout based on our 1 rep max testing we did earlier in the week! 

    It worked out great!

    I am totally embarrassed though… Putting on 2 ten pound plates on a bench press bar and barely being able to squeeze out 8 reps. Hahaha.

    NEW GOAL= Keep increasing my pull ups (taking a few weeks off has KILLED ME) and increase my bench press!

    Hahaha. Being the only girl the gym, then also bench pressing= lots of weird looks from people.

    GIRL POWER. WE CAN DO WHATEVER WE WANT!

    Is what I am asking myself. I haven’t posted in here in about 2 weeks!?

    Well I have had no internet and started a placement where I am working 40 hours a week. 

    So I have been a huge busy body

    I am at a point where I feel great about how I look and I feel really strong. So right now my main focus is just having fun, finding out my weaknesses, and experiencing new stuff! Woohoo! 

    My boyfriend and I decided that we are going to try out going to a fitness center that is only a 5 minute drive away. 

    I has almost everything. Full blown weight room, a bunch of pools, badminton courts, olympic lifting weight rooms, tracks, and a huge areas for plyometrics.

    So I am going to be designing a new full body circuit training program for us to do. I am thinking it’s going to be mostly a body weight workout with a ton of push up, pull ups, and some kettle ball and medicine ball moves.

    I will keep everyone updated on how it goes.

    But I am going to be playing soccer on Tuesday nights, going to yoga on Thursday’s, and then going to the club three other days a week!

    Worst thing ever= middle of your morning workout and the new neighbour downstairs starts banging on the ceiling because of the noise…

    Now I am up at 6:00am for no reason on my day off because I wanted to work out with my boyfriend before he left for work.

    SAD FACE.
